Time to update again....

So, obviously, alot has happened since my last post. We've celebrated 5 years of marital bliss this year. We've gone back to Wisconsin for the first gathering of the whole Amberson fam since I don't know when. Visited my 102-year old grandma in the hospital/nursing home after she fell and broke her left shoulder. It was kinda depressing, tho. She really didn't want to be there.

Also, I got this crazy idea in my head that we should accompany our next-door neighbors to Peru for their (2nd) civil wedding and Temple sealing! How that idea got into my head....I'm still not quite sure. But, as far as I am concerned, we are past the P.O.N.R. (Point Of No Return)!!!! I have my first U.S. Passport. The tix have been purchased. This could get a little crazy!!! Stay tuned.......

It's that time of year.....

It's time to wish all our family, niblings, siblings and friends. We'll be flying into Wisconsin on the 23rd and plan on staying for about 4 days. We can't wait to see the family again! Love to you all!

New Residence & Folks Visit.....

Hey everybody! We are officially east-siders now. We moved to Philly back in the beginning of June. We like the area a lot. Its right next to one of the regional rail stations, so getting downtown is a breeze!

We have been able to take part of the great Philly tradition of the famous cheesesteaks!

We also visited Penn's Landing for a view....

And we were able to take Mom & Dad to the Liberty Bell...

All in all, not to bad, if I do say so myself! Until next time......

So its been a while since I've been on here so, I figured to give an update. So about a week and a half ago, I went with some buddies down to the BYU/Oklahoma game down in Dallas in the New Cowboys Stadium. The game was great! The heat was almost oppressive! I'll add some pics in a bit.

Problems with setting up slideshow

I was trying to put our own pics into the slideshow on the side, and we keep getting these pictures from other people from Flickr. Anyone know how we can just get our own pics on there? Thanks.

Amberson Vacation Countdown...

Goin' back to Cali, Goin' back to Cali, Goin' back to Cali, hey, hey, hey, hey!!! The Official countdown has begun! 3 days 19 hours 35 minutes! But not like anyone's counting!!!! Abby's sister lives in Folsom, CA. That's a 1/2 hour outside of Sacramento, CA. We are planning to go to San Francisco, the Ocean, & MarineWorld. Looking forward to chillin' with Jen Clarke Marchek(Abby's sis). Chillin' poolside. We're definitely going to go to Sacramento Temple. Abby's looking forward to getting in touch with a few of her old friends that live out there.
